On April 3, 2018, Panera Bread revealed their customers' data had been accessed by an unauthorized third-party.
Shockingly, the breach was discovered in August of 2017, a full eight months before the company revealed the breach to the public.
Up to 37 million people who created online accounts on Panera's website may have had their data accessed. It has been reported that the information included names, email addresses, home addresses, birthdates, and credit card numbers.
The Law Firm of Charley Gee P.C. is closely monitoring this breach and we are working with other firms to determine the feasibility of a class action lawsuit against Panera Bread.
